Girl Award Ceremony

Date: Saturday, May 17
Time: 12:00 PM -3:00 PM

$12/girl $12/adult $0 for Gold Awardees

Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awardees are invited to this special award ceremony and luncheon in their honor.

Girls are asked to bring a project board with pictures and information on their project to display. Gold Awardees will be asked to speak about their projects as well.

If you are interested in being honored at this event because you have earned your Bronze or Silver Award in the past year, you must contact Tracy Arnold by April 4, 2008!

Program Aide Core Training for Girls

Program Aide Core Training is scheduled for May 3, 2008, in Tallahassee at the council office and in Panama City , location TBA!

The Tallahassee training is filling up fast, so sign up now!! And May 3rd is still available for Panama City !! But, don't wait!! If you have girls who have completed 6th grade and who are interested in helping troops or assisting at day camps, this is a great opportunity to learn leadership skills and complete the Program Aide Leadership Project.

Camp brochures have been mailed out. Registrations are now being accepted at the Tallahassee Service Center. Don’t delay – save your spot today!

Serve to Preserve

All Girl Scouts are encouraged to earn the new Governor’s Serve to Preserve patch. Requirements will be posted to the website next week under What’s New.
